Chef Cesidio D'Andrea, was born and raised in Paris, where he worked for such prestigious establishments as Chez Edgar and Fauchon before becoming executive chef of the Hotel Lancaster, and the Hotel San Regis. He opened his first restaurant  in 1994 in the 9th arrondissement, where he began to establish himself as one of Paris' rising stars. Little did he know, that a few years later he'd be following his American wife back to the United States. In 2010, he became the owner and Executive Chef of Artisan Bistro Austin, in Lakeway Texas. He has been pleasing locals with classic and creative french fare, and baked goods ever since.  Today, he taking his passion on the road and into into your home
via his new offering of personal chef services.
